He has helped us so much with practical and straight up truthful advice... his reports were extremely comprehensive! - we came across Peter as the original company we employed advised us that there was no roof cavity entrance so they could not advise what was up there (I found the roof access myself in 2mins) and Peter was able to help us out with the roof info! We have employed Peter to do a inspection on a different property, he was able to inspect the house in 1 day and the report was emailed to me very soon after... including close up specific photos of problem areas. We did not end up buying that house as it was over priced for what it was (even though it was dressed up very pretty) I thank Peter for saving us from making a mistake there! - we have since bought and Peter was once again able to give us great advice and knowledge.
